Shipping policy

Once your order is in and your payment has been verified, orders will be processed next working day.  Delivery is usually 3-5 working days via Australia Post. We send spore orders via Australia Post which is tracked. This will go through your letterbox and is in discrete packaging. 

In some instances such as when we are particularly busy, there could be a slight delay to your order. Please do not contact us to track your order unless it’s been over 7 days since your order. This will slow us down and delay other orders from being shipped.

Your order is guaranteed to be delivered or your money back.

If you are only purchasing spores, we ship via Australia Post and you will not receive tracking although your package is tracked.

All orders are shipped in discrete packaging.
