Shipping info

Once your order is in and your payment has been verified, orders will be processed next working day. Sent in discrete packaging. 

In some instances such as when we are particularly busy, there could be a slight delay to your order. Please do not contact us to track your order unless it’s been over 10 days since your order. This will slow us down and delay other orders from being shipped.

Australia and New Zealand

Delivery is usually 5-10 working days via Australia Post, New Zealand orders may be a few days more. We send orders via Australia Post which is tracked.

Canada, US and UK

The tax and any customs and import duties (if any) must be borne by the recipient/importer of the goods. These will be collected when the package is delivered.

We would also like to point out that some of our products are subject to special import regulations in some countries or may be quarantined. Please check with the customs authorities in your country before ordering.

The items are sent by post. This means that delivery is carried out by the postal service provider in the recipient country. We must therefore provide precise information about the recipient and the price of the goods. We will of course provide the necessary customs documents. Online shipment tracking is possible. If the package is damaged or lost in the mail, it will be replaced by the post office.
